Registration

Participation in ISEOS 2026 will be carried out in two different formats: in-person and online. Participants will be able to register according to the participation type suitable for them within the scope of the symposium.

Basic information regarding participation formats, participation certificates, and the publication process is provided below.

Participation Format

The congress will be organized in a hybrid format.

  • September 17–18, 2026: In-person presentations
  • September 19, 2026: Online presentations

All presented papers may be included in the evaluation process as full-text papers.

However, in the case of online participation, journal publication opportunities will not be available.

Publication Opportunities

  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the Symposium Book of Abstracts.
  • Accepted full-text papers will also be published in the Full-Text Proceedings Book.
  • Both publications will be prepared as separate books.
  • DOI and publication information will be assigned to accepted papers in due course.
  • Only papers presented in-person will have the right to be considered as journal articles, provided that they are found suitable.

Papers that are not presented will not be published, and participation certificates will not be issued on behalf of these authors.

Participation Certificates

  • Participants who make in-person presentations will be provided with printed participation certificates.
  • Participants who make online presentations will be provided with digital participation certificates.

Important Note

ISEOS 2026 is designed as a hybrid event that combines in-person academic interaction with the accessibility of online participation. This model aims to increase international participation while preserving the advantages provided by the in-person scientific discussion and presentation environment.
