The 23rd International Symposium on Econometrics, Operations Research and Statistics will be held at the Prof. Ümit Doğay Arınç Cultural Center, one of the major event venues of Manisa Celal Bayar University.

The venue provides an appropriate academic environment for invited talks, parallel presentations, and interaction among participants throughout the symposium.

Within the scope of the symposium program, one main hall is planned for the opening session and plenary sessions, while four amphitheater-style halls are planned for parallel presentations. This structure will allow the scientific program to be carried out efficiently and will provide a comfortable environment for both speakers and participants.

Additional images reflecting the general atmosphere and physical facilities of the congress venue are presented below.
